January Website Refresh

Making time at the beginning of the year to take inventory of what needs to be updated can help you remain credible to your clients and prospective audiences. This first step is easy: Schedule some time to go through your website page by page, and make notes for what you need to revise, update or delete. Here are some questions to ask yourself as you get started:

  • Have any of your links expired?

  • Did you earn a new degree and need to update your bio?

  • Did you discontinue a product that still appears for sale on your site?

  • Do you have new personnel that need to be added to your team page?

An out-of-date website can undermine your messaging and your reliability, so keep it tight!
